Sungkei Sama Era sees 1,000 people breaking fast together in spirit of Ramadan

KUCHING: In the spirit of sharing during the holy month of Ramadan, Era FM Sarawak organised the ‘Sungkei Sama Era’ where more than 1,000 Muslims and non-Muslims gathered together to join in the merriment of the programme held at Padang Merdeka.

It was organised to show the station’s appreciation to their loyal listeners for their continuous support by arranging for Era FM Sarawak team’s announcers – Osha, Syazz, Afick, Firr and Chopie – spend time and break fast with their fans.

The potluck affair also saw Era FM Sarawak team members handing out dates to participants in their hope to foster closer relationship.

More activities will be organised this fasting month by the local radio station. To keep updated with their activities, tune in to Era FM Sarawak 96.1 FM in Kuching and 101.3 FM in Miri.
