Master Mandarin and English with Advantage Learning Company

Advantage Learning Company is offering special discount when you sign up for courses during the seventh edition of The Borneo Post International Education Fair (BPIEF) 2016 at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK).

The discount is available only for part-time, full-time and special course during BPIEF which is taking place on Feb 27-28.

The centre, an Affiliate of Wall Street Learning Centre offers the opportunity to brush up your English and Mandarin language skills which are divided into four levels namely beginner, elementary, intermediate and advanced.

With the growing emphasis on the importance of English and Mandarin, those who are yet to master the languages should consider attending classes to build up their skills and confidence.

The focus is on the four components of listening, reading, writing and speaking, with the aim to help students improve their communication and writing skills in the language.

For the English course, tutors are both local and British nationals who are highly trained and experienced in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL).

The centre provides study materials from Oxford University Press and other additional resources for the students to help them further.

Currently they have a foreign tutor from United Kingdom, Mark Goodey who is conducting the elementary to advanced levels classes.

Classes are for two hours per session and up to three sessions per week.

One class consists of five to 12 learners as the centre believes a small group is more conducive and interactive for the tutor and students.

Those interested to sign up for the English and Mandarin programmes are required to sit for a quiz to determine the suitable level to place them in.

At the end of the programmes, learners can opt to sit for external examinations such as Cambridge ESOL , MUET and IELTS for oversea study purpose.

The Mandarin classes are on a part-time basis, crafted for working adults including Bumiputeras who wish to learn an additional language for conversational purpose.

Currently there are international students including Koreans, Russians enrolled in the Mandarin part-time programme.

Advantage Learning Centre is located at Tabuan Jaya Stutong near Giant while Wall Street Learning Centre is located at Batu Kawa near Emart .
