Setting the mood for Christmas with a ‘Purple & White’ theme, the Imperial Hotel Kuching celebrates its second year of festive celebrations and New Year’s Eve by offering a series of gastronomic spreads at great prices from Dec 24-31 at its Imperial Garden Restaurant.

Uniquely-crafted by its dedicated culinary team, the highlights of the seasonal celebration include Christmas Eve Candlelight Dinner Buffet, Christmas Day Brunch Buffet, Christmas Day Dinner, Weekend Christmas Promotion: Festive Tea Time Treats Hi-Tea Buffet and Festive Imperial Delights Dinner Buffet.

The ‘Christmas Eve Candlelight Buffet Dinner’ offers both Western and Asian specialities including the mouthwatering Creole Seafood Gumbo, Lamb Osso Bucco, Oven Baked Cheese Mussels, Paella Marinara, Oriental Style Calamari, Oxtail Broth and more. Fish lovers may also enjoy the scrumptious Steamed Baked Whole Snapper with Chef Sauce.

Other appetising dishes at the grill and carving stations include the Marinated Rosemary Chicken, Sarawak Pepper Minute Lamb, Oven Baked Leg of Lamb, Beef Wellington, Honey Glazed Roasted Turkey, Chinese Roasted Duck and many more.

More stations available include the noodle station which offers the unique flavours of Udon with Mushrooms and Minced Meat along with local favourite, the Wantan Noodle Soup.

The restaurant’s delightful Christmas Eve spread also includes traditional dessert favourites such as Vanilla Yule Log, Chocolate Yule Log, Christmas Stollen, Christmas Pudding and many more.

Priced at only RM99 nett per adult, RM49 nett per child (aged 5 to 12 years old), it is inclusive of party packs, Christmas carolling performance and an appearance by Santa Claus from 6.30pm to 10pm.

As for brunch, the Christmas Day Brunch Buffet allows guests to enjoy a dazzling array of brunch items such as its delectable Spaghetti Bolognaise, Chicken Parmigiana, Snapper Fillet Nyonya Curry along with traditional Christmas favourites such as mouthwatering Roast Turkey, Roast Lamb Leg along with tempting Asian delight including Chinese Roast Duck and condiments.

It is priced at RM59 nett per adult and RM29 nett per child (aged 5 to 12 years old) on December 25 from 11.30am to 2.30pm.

You may enjoy semi buffet with your choice of main course (Adult – three choices: Fish Fillet/Turkey/Roulade/Roast Beef) and (Child – two choices: Fish Finger/Turkey Roulade) with a wide selection of buffet inclusive of appetizer, salad, soup and desserts.

Meanwhile, on December 26 and 27, guests can also enjoy their Christmas weekend at the Imperial Garden Restaurant with special festive weekend promotion – ‘Festive Tea Time Treats Hi-Tea Buffet’ from 1pm to 4pm and priced at only RM49 nett per adult and RM25 nett per child aged 5 to 12 years old.

Also on December 26, the ‘Festive Imperial Delights Dinner Buffet’ is available from 6.30pm to 10pm at the Imperial Garden Restaurant, priced at only RM79 nett per adult and RM39 nett per child aged 5 to 12 years old.

To inject some fun and make this festive season merrier by experiencing the magic of Christmas at Imperial Hotel Kuching on December 19, 20, 23, 24, and 25 as there will also be special appearance of Santa and Santarina along with free goodies for everyone.

Guests can also enjoy Christmas carolling by the talented carolling team of the Blessed Sacrament Church on Christmas Eve, December 24 from 7pm onwards and will start from the lobby towards the Imperial Garden Restaurant.

Finally, bid farewell to 2015 and welcome the New Year with your loved ones and friends with a special ‘Masquerade’ themed dinner buffet at the Imperial Garden Restaurant.

Priced at only RM99 nett per adult and RM49 nett per child aged 5 to 12 years old, it is inclusive of a masquerade mask and party pack. The ‘Masquerade New Year Eve Dinner Buffet’ starts at 6.30pm to 10pm this December 31.
