K-Pop group Nolza is coming back to Kuching

After drawing tremendous applause during their performance during the Asean International Film Festival and Awards (Aiffa) last April, K-pop (Korean pop) rookie group Nolza is coming back to end the year with a big bang by headlining their first concert in Sarawak this December 14.

The group that consists of Yar, Bum Sang, Doo Chul and Ppase under the LOUDers Entertainment, together with Winter Star Sdn Bhd director Terry Kim have recently formed a partnership to organise the concert that will be held at the Grand Ballroom of Imperial Hotel here from 7pm onwards.

According to a press statement, Nolza promises excitement and buzz to the entertainment scene in Sarawak and they are looking forward to do more concert here by teaming up with other famous K-pop artists in the near future.

Red-L, one of the leading team of performers who will be making their debut in Korea soon will also star as guest artist at the concert and will perform all the famous K-pop hits, including ‘Up & Down’ originally sung by South Korean girl group EXID.

“The main objective of this event is to inspire the youth with music.

“Apart from the concert, the artists will also visit various venues such as International College of Advanced Technology Sarawak (iCATS) to showcase their talents and get closer to their fans, giving them a preview of the upcoming concert,” said a member of the organising team.

The artists will be at the Lecture Theatre 1 of iCATS West Campus from 10am onwards on November 26 for a promo showcase meet-and-greet session with their fans.

“There will also be some fun activities that the fans and artists can take part in, so do not miss the chance to get to know them up close and personal here soon,” the organiser added.
