Music, film and Internet bigwigs to speak at KL Converge! 2015

KUALA LUMPUR: The countdown to the second edition of KL Converge! has begun. On August 27, get ready to meet and listen to distinguished international and local speakers from music, film, Internet and application-development fields.

KL Converge! is organised to demonstrate how converged communications advance the digital lifestyle for all Malaysians. Taking place from Aug 27-29 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), the event is set to be an exciting and informative affair with something for everyone – from students to businesses and policy makers.

A long list of renowned international studios, including Nickelodeon Animation Studio (US), Zodiak Kdids (France) and Disney Asia (Singapore) have registered their participation in the event, due to the interest in Malaysia’s digital content makers. This is a testament to Malaysia’s growing significance in the global multimedia content supply chain and an insight into some of the ways KL Converge! bridges the gap between the locally produced digital content and the demand from the international supply chain.
