Being a registered homeopathy therapist and a nutritionist under FCPAA Malaysia, Tan understands the importance of eating healthy and strongly believes one should be selective in making choices with their food.

Moving on from the light treats to a heavy meal, treat yourself to a scrumptious bowl of Bak Kut Teh. The meat is replaced with an assorted mixture of mushrooms such as the hericulum mushroom which is good for its anti-aging properties and shimeiji mushroom which strengthens the body and helps in brain development. With its aromatic and herbal flavouring, the dish is sure to make a long-lasting impression long after you’ve finished the dish.

One of the signature dishes that diners should try is their signature Hakka Lei Cha. Lei cha which means ground tea or pounded tea, is a traditional Hakka rice dish. Widely known for its health benefits, it is one of the must-try dishes in Idealite.

Idealite also offers Western fusion dishes. Treat yourself to their Pumpkin Spice Spaghetti. Spicy without being overwhelming, the dish is simply scrumptious as the creamy pumpkin puree definitely complements spiciness of the dish.

Try out their heavenly and exquisite looking Mediterranean Eryngii Burger, where the flavour of Eryngii mushroom with black pepper and eggs wrapped in a charcoal bun is definitely mouth-watering.

In keeping with healthy eating and ‘clean’ food, the ingredients are washed in filtered water. Idealite food also does not have MSG, synthetic colouring, or preservatives. They also use olive oil in their cooking.
