Be the change you want to see at Feminite’s high tea
Guided by a vision of a world where women and men have equal and full social, economic and leadership participation, Feminite’s goal is to empower girls and women to shape their own future and accelerate progress within their communities.
Feminite – a combination of ‘feminine’ and ‘unite’ – was founded by two dedicated modern women, Cassie Bong and Sylvia Tremas.
Feminite is hosting its first high tea Saturday April 25 at Sape and Silingut Room at the Citadines Uplands from 2pm to 6pm.
An event created by women for women, the mission of Feminite is to educate, enlist, honor, connect and empower women in their daily lives.
During Feminite High Tea, a few topics that will be covered include fighting stereotypes, how to put plans into action, a woman’s worth and charity at home among other topics which will be discussed between attendees and the speakers.
Through the gathering and sharing session, the event organiser hopes to inspire guests into making commitments as advocates of change in their own lives and the lives of women elsewhere.
Feminite promotes avenues that give women a voice in society and approaches to carry out its mission focusing on close collaboration with social entrepreneurs or entrepreneurial organisations addressing women’s empowerment and progress.
Tickets to attend the Feminite High Tea are RM50 per pax including refreshment.
