HAVE A ‘FROZEN’ CHRISTMAS this season as Imperial Hotel offers you memorable dining experience with decorations that look like they are straight from the Disney movie set.

Styrofoam sculptures of characters from ‘Frozen’ like Anna, Elsa, Ristoff, Sven and Olaf will greet you the moment you step into the lobby.

The staircase leading down to the Imperial Garden Restaurant is also decorated in the spirit of the ‘Frozen’ theme allowing guests to imagine themselves as Elsa singing the famous Frozen anthem, ‘Let it Go’.

Before you are seated by Imperial Garden Restaurant’s friendly staff, remember to say hello to Olaf at the entrance.

Among the restaurant’s gastronomic lineup for the festive season is the Festive Set Meal which will be available throughout December (except Dec 24), its Christmas Eve Candlelight Buffet Dinner and Christmas Day Brunch.

The four-course Festive Set Meal will feature a cheesy turkey roll on a bed of mesclun salad with cilantro dressing for starters followed by crème di pomodoro soup served with garlic bread.

For the main course, guests will have a choice of either chicken or fish. The oven-baked Cajun chicken will be served with mashed sweet potato, pineapple and tomato salsa spinach ragout and creamy brown juice while the pan-fried Rosen paprika fillet of snapper will be served with mashed sweet potato, pineapple and tomato salsa spinach ragout and spicy mango sauce.

The meal will be rounded off with a dessert called Trio of Gourmet Creation.

The Festive Set Meal is priced at RM69 nett per set.

For those who have no idea where to have this year’s Christmas Eve dinner, let Imperial Garden Restaurant spoil you with their versatile Christmas buffet spread.

This season’s specialities such as Beef Wellington, oven-baked lamb leg, and honey-glazed roasted turkey are among the highlights during their Christmas Eve Candlelight Buffet Dinner.

There are more dishes to enjoy from the buffet spread such as seafood grill skewer, lamb osso bucco, paella marinala, Winchester banana prawn, ground beef enchiladas, Austrian chicken schnitzel and more.

What is Christmas Eve dinner without dessert? The restaurant offers a traditional vanilla and chocolate Yule log cake, butterscotch pudding and creme caramel.

Their Christmas Stollen, a traditional German bread-like fruitcake usually served during the Christmas season is another must-try this season.

To make the night merrier, the hotel’s own staff members will enliven the atmosphere singing Christmas carols.

The Christmas Eve Candlelight Buffet Dinner is available from 6.30pm to 10pm on Dec 24 and priced at RM99 nett per adult (50 per cent discount for each child aged 5 to 12 years).

On Christmas Day itself, Imperial Garden Restaurant’s Christmas Day Brunch will offer a perfect spread for you to enjoy with loved ones.

Available from 11.30am to 3pm, the restaurant added Christmas staples such as tender roast turkey to their regular line-up.

Christmas Day Brunch is priced at RM59 nett per adult (50 per cent discount for each child aged 5 to 12 years).

Prefer to eat at home? Christmas goodies and takeaways will be available from Dec 12 to 26.
