SATT College to hold Open Day this weekend
KUCHING: SATT College will be holding its Open Day this weekend, October 11, from 9am to 3pm to provide more information to prospective students and the public who wish to know more about the college at its campus at Jalan Datuk Ajibah Abol.
SATT’s Open Day is designed to help you understand every aspect of school life and academics, and to give you something you cannot read in a brochure; the feeling of the ‘SATT Spirit’!
School leavers especially those student who have finished their Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) Examination may pursue their studies in such fields as Culinary Arts, Hotel Management and Business Studies at the diploma level. SATT College also offers the Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) from the Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) such as Culinary Arts, Bakery and Pastry.
The College will be holding a number of competitions such as Treasure Hunt, Flower Arrangement and the highlight of which will be the cooking competition.
Other than that, the College will also be holding exhibitions on Hospitality Management to showcase skills required for housekeeping, table settings, and food and beverage preparation as well as highlighting the creativity of the students and instructors.
There will also be stalls operated by students and alumni of the College, selling a variety of food as well as a blood donation campaign. SATT’s Open Day will immerse you in the famous ‘SATT experience’ that attracts students from all over Malaysia.
Registration for the November 2014 intake is now in progress. Students who are interested in registering for the programs are reminded to bring along their academic transcripts or result slips for enrolment.
