Family blast during Krista’s mini Olympics
IT WAS THE SECOND TIME Krista Taman Centurion Kindergarten held its Mini Olympic Games which turned out to be a blast not just for the kids, but also for their parents and teachers.
Held at the Christian Ecumenical Centre on May 11, the event gathered some 250 participants and their parents to bond together through fun and games.
The event started with the help of couple of cycling marshals where a group of kindergarten students took turns running while holding a ‘torch’ along Jalan Laksamana Cheng Ho up to the Christian Ecumenical Centre.
All of the students were divided into three groups; red, green and purple. The games were divided into three levels of difficulty according to their age groups: four, five and six years old.
Each age category had three games to keep the students entertained and pumped throughout the morning.
Do not underestimate these little athletes; they’ve been training for these during kindergarten class.
Held once every two years, the aim of Krista’s Mini Olympic is to create awareness of quality family and healthy living.
At the end of the day, the event was a success in bringing the families and the children together in a day of fun and excitement.
Krista is Malaysia’s largest kindergarten chain where the centres believe in providing the best environment for children to experience and all-encompassing development in their early years.
