GREAT FOR STARTERS: Colourful Yee Sang with the silhouette of a horse for an added touch.

Prosperity Menu I starts with the “River Palace” Prosperity Salmon & Abalone Yee Sang as the starter. In conjunction with the year of the horse, the chef added a special touch by decorating it with a horse shape in the centre of the dish. With bright and vibrant colours on the plate, it’s sure to make the food-tossing part more enjoyable.

EXQUISITE: Deep fried Boston Lobster with Sweet Shrimp Paste.

Perhaps the most special dish on this menu is the deep fried Boston lobster with sweet shrimp paste.  The size, succulence of the lobster combined with the sweet and sour taste is sure to leave everyone in awe.

MOUTH-WATERING: Hong Kong syle steamed codfish topped with ginger floss.

Another highlight on the menu is the savory Hong Kong style steamed cod fish topped with ginger floss.

PRETTY: The snowy ball and winter melon roll looks almost too good to eat.

Their dessert dish is ‘Snowy Ball & Winter Melon Roll’, glutinous rice balls covered in crushed peanut along with winter melon rolls filled with layers of red bean and winter melon.

Other dishes in the menu include: Double boiled Chicken and Ginseng soup, Roasted Duck with Abalone Slice and Honey sauce, Seasonal Vegetables with Dry Scallop, Fatt Choy and Dry Oyster and Crabmeat Seafood Fried Rice.

For Prosperity Menu II, the dishes include “River Palace” Prosperity Salmon Yee Sang, Shark’s Fin Soup with Golden Mushroom, Oven Baked Pi Pa Duck with Honey Plum Sauce, Steamed Golden Pomfret Cantonese Style, Wok-fried Prawn Ball with Butter and Cheese, Seasonal Vegetables with Fatt Choy and Dry Scallop Sauce, Japanese Style Fried Rice with Kumbu, Winter Melon Roll and Mandarin Oranges.
